We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with VCard for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us and we'll refund your payment in full — no questions asked.
Refunds are available for first-time purchases only. Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds unless required by applicable law. Refunds are not available after the 30-day window has passed.
To request a refund, email us at billing@vcard.io with your account email and order details. We process refunds within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
If you downgrade your plan mid-cycle, we will issue a prorated credit to your account for the unused portion, which will be applied to future billing.
Custom development work, premium add-ons purchased separately, and one-time setup fees are non-refundable.
